91³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø – New York Central
Recently, 91³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø Paving New York Central embarked on a project to reduce our carbon footprint by running the Clayville Office on clean, renewable, and sustainable energy. Through a partnership with Revolution Solar, we were able to install a solar array that will produce all needed energy for our office. The power produced from this array will reduce our emissions of carbon dioxide by 2 tons annually for its lifetime.
Special thanks go out to Austin Delosh (Litchfield Plant Superintendent)Â for getting the project started, Joe Bambino, (NYC Regional Manager)Â for championing the effort, Elaina Porter, for her involvement, and Mary Jo Cronin of for leading us through the process and providing a quick and efficient installation.
Clayville didn’t just stop at solar panels! The Clayville Office also constructed a community garden. This allows the office’s yard to help produce food, including peppers, squash, and tomatoes, while providing space for the local community to grow healthy and affordable food.
